Reach the Record Custodian
For a street or parcel, start with the Salina street directory. Historical volumes and earlier households are covered by the city directory collections. A known person can be checked through the resident lookup workflow. The County Clerk, assessor, election office, courts, and library handle their own records and copy procedures.

The Town Clerk is the local counter for municipal-record questions, marriage-license routing, and tax or assessment referrals. The 2025 tentative assessment roll notice made the roll available for Monday through Friday inspection from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and recommended appointments. Call before visiting to confirm current Town Hall or clerk hours.
